AMOS Showtime at Beatlemania, Hamburg
We are very proud to have the biggest AMOS Showtime exhibition to date hosted by Beatlemania in Hamburg. More than 300 artworks will be exposed to the public from September 18th to December 31st, 2011.
There will be a grand opening vernissage on the night of September, the 17th – with drinks and fabulous music including a live concert by AMOS & Band.
Plus even more ways to be entertained while saving money: A lot of artists reduced the price of their artworks – exclusively for the Beatlemania. So take the chance to get your piece now.

Moritz Mungenast – Happy People
Menschen scharen sich um einen Krater. Sie sind neugierig, aber zugleich verängstigt, wagen sich nicht recht heran an den Ort des Geschehens. Sie fragen sich “What happend?!” – womit wir auch schon beim Titel des Artworks von Moritz Mungenast wären. Auf diesem Plattencover, das auch als Skulptur bezeichnet werden kann, befinden sich tatsächlich kleine, senkrecht aufgeklebte Figuren. Den Krater hat der Künstler eigenhändig mit seiner Walther geschossen. – Technik: Bullet, People, Glue
Moritz Mungenast ist Architekt aus München. Mit Freunden betreibt er die wunderbare Helmet Gallery, in der wir auch mit der AMOS Showtime gastieren durften. Moe beschreibt sich selbst als “Happy Man”. That makes us happy too.

Arno Funke – Unbestechlich aber käuflich!
Wenn neues Leben auf die Erde kommt, schlüpft es für gewöhnlich aus einem Ei. Bringt ein Sänger ein neues Album raus, schlüpft die Musik für gewöhnlich aus seinen Instrumenten, seinem Können, die Instrumente zu bedienen, und seinem Gefühl. Alles hängt also an ihm, an der Person des Sängers und somit auch wieder an dem Ei, aus dem er irgendwann mal geschlüpft ist. Wenn der Künstler sich für Monate in seinem Tonstudio vergräbt, seine Freunde und die Stadt in der er lebt, fast nur noch aus der Theorie kennt, dann ist es schön, Patrick Löffler an der Seite zu haben. Mit etwas Glück baut der Patrick dann nämlich eine Voodoo-Puppe von Dir und bringt Dich an die Orte, die Du liebst und vermisst und sorgt dafür, dass Du sie nicht ganz vergisst: Roller fahren, die Surfer von der Isar, gute Bücher, romantische Sonnenuntergänge und natürlich…Cloodia.. – Technik: Kamera, Original-AMOS in Alu Dibond, Inkjet

Patrick Löffler ist Fotograf aus München. 1978 im Bayerischen Wald geboren, zog es ihn von London über Paris nach München. Sein täglich Brot verdient er mit der Vermarktungs GmbH Anschlusstor. Seine schönen Fotos, die ein Stück Echtzeit des Lebens in und um München dokumentieren, findet man in seinem sehr empfehlenswerten Blog. Und wenn man um 3 Uhr morgens noch eine Frage zur Belichtung von AMOS Showtime-Artworks hat, darf man den Patrick auch nochmal anrufen.
