This artwork needs time – and if you have any left, then please spend it on finding the nice little details of this breathtaking work by F1X+2. If you have some more time left, then please read on: Some years ago we asked 5.000 mortals who or what they would be, if they only had the time to find their divine purpose. Believe it or not: 99,9% of them answered: “I’d be an explosion of sugar and sexyness”. Only one said “AMOS” – and now guess, who’s dream came true! And if you still want to read some more crazy stuff, here it comes: Some weeks ago we asked F1X+2 for some words about is artwork and he really said: “An explosion of sugar and sexyness, that is what the music from AMOS and his Showtime album means to me.” – That’s enough for today… – Technique: Pencil, Watercolor
F1X+2 is an graphic designer and illustrator from Barcelona. He’s working for Zora and other clients from textile. He’s also doing freelance illustrations.
It’s a Da Vinci! – No, it’s even better, it’s AMOS by Bob Gibson. Telling us about his artwork Bob mentioned that AMOS reminds him of a polymath or renaissance man. The connection to Leonardo da Vinci’s vitruvian man was an obvious and fitting reference to him, especially because the two of them have a similar hair style. So here he is our AMOS vitruvian man. – Technique: black spray paint, white posca pen
Bob Gibson is one half of popular The London Police street art collective. Bob Gibson is also a father, a musician with his dutch band Moss, and he has an unhealthy passion of cycling and enjoy growing his own vegetables. – And to be completely: He’s also a real enjoyable and smart person.
